A forklift truck ran over my foot and it was on camera. How do i get the footage?

If you've had an accident at work, CCTV footage can make a big difference to proving your case. Sometimes employers hold onto this, but if you're involved in the accident and were in the footage, you have a right to access it. As part of a claim, your solicitor can request a copy.
