Is a school is liable for all accidents on the premises?

This can depend on the circumstances of the accident. If the school is deemed in control of an area or space then they have a duty of care to keep it safe. For example, the staff car park or the school playing fields. However, if an accident happened outside of the school's front gates, they may not be deemed liable as it is not an area within their control.
