Accident at work in the Supermarket caused head injury, how much compensation can I claim?

I am employed in a supermarket store, where someone left a cupboard door open in the canteen and i walked outta the staff room and knocked my head on it really hard.
I cut my forehead and had a bad concussion, still get the headaches now and I'm on lots of pain relief, Where do I stand with this though is there a chance i would lose?

I don't expect a cupboard to be open right in front of me, it hit me and then ricochet and hit me again, I seen stars for a few seconds and had an instant lump on my head, this was at the start of the day, i worked the rest of my shift, It happened right in front of a CCTV camera too and I also have a screenshot from a Facebook post of the co-worker about the incident.

I went to hospital my self and had a CT scan, that came back normal thankfully but the pains I'm still getting are unreal, got new pills today from the doc again so hoping these start to work, only thing that is putting me off is any awkward chats by my management on my return to work.

Could I claim compensation for my damages and loss of earnings without getting in trouble or laid off from work?
How much money could I be entitled to for a head injury and an accident at work like this?
