Accident at Work

I had an accident at work, I was asked to move these heavy bags which is not part of my normal job description, these bags should normally be moved by two people but I was asked to do this on my own, I have had no manual handling training and when I have gone to move the bags I have pulled my back and now i am off work, Am I able to make a claim for the injury I have sustained.

As you have had no training for the task you were perfroming and as this task is normally done by multiple people, yes this is something we would be able to make a personal
injury claim for on your behalf, this would be against your employer.
