Accident in a supermarket store was not my fault, suffered concussion, how much can I claim?

I had an accident in a supermarket that was not my fault and would like to claim compensation if its worth while.

A type of shelving used by the supermarket fell and smacked me on the back of my head I was and had not touched that particular shelving crate.

I sought medical advice later on that day and I have been told by my doctor I have post concussion syndrome and tinnitus due to the blow to head.

It was witnessed by their staff and it reported it to the store manager and he asked for my name and address and contact number and that he would give the information to Head office but apparently they do not use an accident book in their store and complaints are done over the phone by head office.

I called the number he gave me and reported the incident to the supermarket company and they said they were sorry and would call, head office have yet to contact me - it happened a week ago today.

I am just wondering if I have a claim or more to the point is it worth pursuing?

How much compensation could I be entitled to from the supermarket for an accident and injury like this?
