Accident on bus at work

I work at an airport and I was travelling to work on the staff bus the driver had to slam his emergency brake to avoid hitting the exit barrier this resulted in my pushing forward and hitting the rail causing me pain in my shoulder and neck. Is this soemthing i can get compensation for?

Hi Antat. This is something you can make a claim for yes. To do so you would be best to contact a solicitor and they would put a claim forward on your behalf. It would be beneficial for the case if you could provide them with the bus information such as registration/bus number/ driver details etc.
