Am i elgible to claim?

I was working on a generator and it was windy at the time and the door of the generator was not locked correctly and closed on my hand fracturing the my wrist. I was unable to take time off work or I would be losing my job so my wrist is still painful. Am I able to claim even if I took no time off??

Hi, yes you are able to make a claim even if you took no time off. With any personal injury claim usually loss of earnings is calculated for time you would have taken off but in this case it wouldn't be and it would just be the injury amount calculated for your compensation.
