I recently had a road traffic accident while driving, whereby I sustained some severe injuries, I broke my foot, sprained my ankle and had a piece of my right ankle bone chipped off, there is lots of swelling and bruising and I may be signed off work now for the next five or six weeks and will lose a lot of money and struggle to pay my bills, my car is dinted, scratched, the bumper is broken and the passenger window screen is smashed and I dont have the cash to pay for repairs to my vehicle.
How much money can I get in a compensation payout for this type of incident and these types of damages as the police were in my favour at the scene and made a report and the driver drove dangerously and carelessly, is in the wrong?
I've tried calling a few injury lawyer companies but they say that they take a large percentage of compensation in fees, what rates do legal expert solicitors offer to process my personal injury claims? and if I enter into no win no fee agreement will l be liable for costs if don't win?
