Automatic door has closed on me

Automatic door has malfunctioned whilst i was leaving a visitors centre and its caught my head painfully, I've need stitches to my right aye and lots of bruising. Is this something you would claim for??

Hey Wheng. Sorry to hear that, sounds painful, hope you recover soon! A claim can definitely be made for that, if you know the details of the building it happened at (like if it happened at a supermarket for example) then you an approach a solicitor with that information and they should be able to take it forward on your behalf
