Botox gone wrong

My sister has gone for botox and it has gone wrong causing injury to her face badly. She has swelling round the eyes and blood clot has been caused unable to see out of her eyes properly. I’m looking for advice on how she can claim as she is only 19 and this was something she really wanted done. Thank you

The best thing she could do is to approach a no win no fee legal team with the details of who did the botox and some images of what it's done to her, they can then assess the case and hopefully take it forward on her behalf.
