Can I claim against a super store for a trip and fall accident in the car park?

I went shopping the other day at a local supermarket and had an accident that was not my fault.
On my way into the store in the car park I tripped on a deep pot hole and injured my arm, I have got images of the hole and had to go to hospital, can I claim compensation?
When I went to A&E the doctors told me I have fractured my arm, how much compensation could I claim?

Thank you for your enquiry.

I am sorry to read of you accident, that must have been incredibly painful.

I am pleased to advise that based on the accident circumstances, you would be entitled to make a claim for compensation against party responsible for the upkeep of the car park you tripped in.

In relation to your question regarding how much compensation you will receive, this is entirely dependent upon medical evidence. Medical evidence is obtained to both prove causation (the injuries where sustained as a direct result of the incident that has occurred) and provide a basis upon which we as your legal representative can accurately place a valuation upon your claim. However, as an estimate, based on the information you have provided, we believe that you could receive upwards of £5,810.00 and depending on the severity of your injuries, this figure could dramatically increase.

Please contact us on 0800 073 8804 to discuss this claim further and we can provide some detailed advice.
