Can I claim compensation for a fractured knee from a slip and fall accident in store on washing up liquid?

I was shopping in a major superstore shop when I and an accident that was not my fault, I slipped and fell on washing up liquid and fractured my knee, can I claim compensation?
How much compensation could I be entitled to for an accident like this?

From what you have advised, you have grounds to make a personal injury claim.
