Can I claim compensation for a trip and fall in a public park pathway fractured knee injury?

I fell on the local park along the footpath walk way and my leg is fractured, Will i get compensation?

In the park the paths were not rite, The paths where up and down they were not right.

The breaks in the concrete/cement foot path were Higher or lower than 1 inch.

I have images, how much could I claim for a fractured knee? I had to go to a and e in hospital because of my accident.
