Can I claim compensation for loss of earnings if I have only been given statutory sick pay?

I had an accident at work that was not my fault and I was injured as a result and had to take time off work.
I have only been given SSP from my employer while signed off and I was wondering if I can claim back the rest of my wages as loss of earnings as part of a personal injury claim?

Thank you for your enquiry.

I am sorry to read about your accident at work.

I am pleased to advise that based on the accident circumstances, you would be entitled to make a claim for compensation against your employer, which would include a claim for loss of earnings.

Please contact us on 0800 073 8804 to discuss his claim further and we can provide some detailed advice.
