Can I claim compensation for medical negligence for a incorrect ear piercing?

I went to a tattoo and piercing studio to get a new ear piercing.

The manager tried to pierce my earlobe 3 times and all 3 times the needle never went straight through to make a proper piercing and it ears in different spots, opening up 3 needles needle wounds on my ear.

Can I claim compensation for negligence?
