Can I claim compensation for personal injuries and repairs for bicycle accident on the road?

I was riding my bike when I was hit by a car turning left to go up a side street and hit me, knocking me off my bike.

I suffered minor injuries, sprained knee, cuts, scrapes and bruises and painful sore ribs and arms and my bike was badly broken and damaged and will cost a lot to get repaired.

Can I claim compensation for this accident for both injuries and repairs?
