Can I claim compensation for toner burns from a hair treatment at a salon?

I went to the hairdressers for a treatment to change the colour of my hair, the used bleach first but it was not working so they used a toner on me after a while it really started to burn bad and I had blisters and hives in my head, can I claim compensation?
