I was just wondering if I could claim compensation from my employer as had a injury at work and now I am having time off work and losing wages.
It was fault of faulty machinery and poor health and safety on site with no warning signs or inspection of equipment and I now have severely chipped a bone in my ankle damaging my tendons and ligaments, I was wondering if I could clame compo?
I would also like to claim loss of earnings as I have been unable to put any weight on my injured foot without my ankle going from under me.
I am worried however because I do not want to get laid off the job because I am claiming to be sick to work or fired because I sue my employer and lose them money and i do not have a health and safety trainin certificate or CSCS card yet and dont want to get in any more trouble or loose work in the future because I am banned from construction.
How should I go about taking my next step toward a claim for compensation for my personal injuries?
And will I be liable if I lose in court?
