Hi, I would like to claim compensation from my employer or old manager for sexual abuse in the workplace.
I was employed working for a department store as a sales assistant in one of their stores but I have since left due to sexual harassment, verbal abuse and stalking from my supervisor.
He was my boss in a way so it was difficult to report the behaviour because I was scared of losing my job, but after he started becoming too rude and making too much physical contact like giving me shoulder rubs from behind and putting his arm around me for hugs when I am not expecting it.
I made a complaint higher up and reported what he had done to the company but never heard back from human resources after nothing was done he started calling me and following me outside of work so I had to call the police and they have launched an investigation.
Ive been forced to leave my job because of sexual harassment. He has also been sacked but he has now found out where i am working now and started the harrassment.
I have been out of work for a few weeks and been really stressed out, my doctor has diagnosed me with depression and severe anxiety.
