I left my old job due to a supervisor bullying me but I have only told management and HR when I left the job.
For a more than a year it has affected my mental health and she was removed from work whist she was investigated by another employee putting a grievance in for stress and bullying.
I left on my own terms and made a complaint to HR and grievance to upper management before I left, that would be at least the second time.
Would this be enough proof for me to claim compensation for stress and bullying from my previous employer?
