Can you give me an estimate amount of compensation for my injuries?

A driver who was stationary with no hazrd lights, pulled out on me without indicating or looking and I crashed into him, I went flying off my bike and over his bonnet, I have scuffed my hands and grazed my knees and I dont feel safe cycling on the road anymore, can I get a rough estimate of the amount of compensation I could claim for my damages?
