Council E scooter accident?

I was on one of the council approved E scooters as part of the trial they are running and I hit a manhole cover that has a poor surface around it. I ended up in an ambulance and have broken a couple of bones. My dad has been out to take pictures of the manhole because I'm scared council will fix it up an try to get out of it.

Hey Themod. I think you definitely have a case for a claim here myself, I know there's a worry about them fixing the manhole and ground around it but you at least have the pictures of how bad the state of it was originally causing the accident. Those pics can be used as vital evidence if you do decide to put a claim in and will definitely help your case. Hope this helps!
