Delivery bike cycling accident, could I be sacked out of work if I claim compensation?

I am a delivery driver on my bicycle and hit a car pulling out in front of me without looking, I was in a rush to make a delivery and badly grazed my hands, elbow and knees, I was limping and I am afraid of the road but I was wondering if I should claim it as an accident at work or on the road?
