Do I have a claim for compensation?

Hello, I’m inquiring about compensation for a head injury i sustained in Jan this year whilst at work. A Large metallic white board fell off the wall and hit me on the head and i suffered a concussion which lasted weeks. I feel like I've been a lot more anxious since it happened and for the first time in my life currently being medicated for depression and anxiety.

Hi Dects, sorry to hear this has happened. You can make a claim for an injury in the workplace. When doing so it doesn’t just take into account the physical aspect, it takes into account the mental health aspect of it too if you’re being treated as a result of the accident and how it’s affecting your daily living etc.
