I had an accident at work that was not my fault, I was knocked over by the fork lift truck and I have badly injured my arm and shoulder, the forklift truck driver is a work friend of mine so I didn’t complain to the boss, will I have to make a forklift truck accident report to claim compensation for my injuries?
