Driver pulled out on me while cycling, hit me hard, broken shoulder and arm, how much can I claim?

I have recently been involved in a bad road cycling accident, I was travelling along the main road on my bike when the 3rd party car pulled out without warning or stopping to indicate or look around and collided with me. He hit me hard and knocked me off the bicycle to the ground, I went flying over the handle bars and I fell and landed with a very hard impact on my head and shoulder, using my arm to brake my fall, I dislocated my shoulder and severely fractured my wrist and forearm and suffered severe bruising, cuts and abrasions to my knees, face, palms of my hands and arms

The police came to the scene of the incident took details of me and the driver and made a report, then an ambulance came and took me to the hospital where I waited hours in A&E to see a doctor over my injuries.

Just considering my options, I am really hurt, missed work and my bicycle was writ off.

The debacle was all the other guys fault and I want to sue him for my painful injuries, the damage to my bike and I dont feel safe cycling on the road anymore, which is my primary form of transport, so I believe I should be compensated for physiological damage too.

How much money could I receive in compo if this goes to court?
