Fall in a Supermarket

I was shopping in my local supermarket, I was walking down the drink ailse and there was a clear liquid on the floor, Unfortunately I slipped over on the liquid, this had not been cleaned up properly and there was not wet floor signs put out, I have hurt my lower back and my tailbone, Am I able to make a claim?

injury claim for.
