Feet went under me, trip on pavemet slab out of place, was risen 2" above, how much compo?

Hi, my ankle went from under before and i fell in the street, it was a paving stone that had risen 2" above the side walk, I have photos, how much compensation can I claim?

Thank you for your enquiry. As long as the paving stone was over 1" then you would qualify for a claim.

We have to obtain what is known as a medico-legal report to support any claim for personal injury compensation.
