Hi Antene, sorry to hear that. You may be eligible to claim compensation form the council because of this. If you wanted to you could contact a solicitor to discuss it further and they can lead you through the process. Don't worry if it hasn't been reported to the council, providing you still have the pictures and any injury can be backed up by medical records then they can be used as evidence instead of a council report.
