Had a fall in shops disabled bathrroom

I’m a wheelchair user and went to the disabled toilet in the supermarket. As I turned around the toilet jerked forwards and pivoted pushing me off the toilet. My left leg was stuck underneath the toilet and I was hanging on to the grab rail. She pulled the emergency cord, but no one came. The sewage was leaking, and she was slowly moving towards it.
My husband broke through the door to get me off the floor. I was naked waist down with the toilet door open and on view to the car park. Can I make a claim for this at all because it really was a very upsetting thing to happen and it’s caused more injury to my legs than what was already done with disability
