Hi, looking for advice thanks

I live in a rented property and a light switch has been broken for a couple of months and the wiring has been exposed. I have asked the agency twice to come and fix it in the past but on Tuesday I received an electric shock from it and have had pins and needles nonstop and some pain down my arm . Only after I told them this they sent an electrician out to repair it straight away but I would still like to claim

Hi Parrall1950. If you are looking to make a claim you may want to contact a no win no fee claim service. They would have a chat with you about this and take down the details of the letting agency to chase a claim on your behalf. Given the nature of it being an electric shock they may send you for a medical assessment also.
