I had a still born child in an NHS hospital because of medical negligence, the doctors, nurses and midwife all missed vital signs and I was left waiting to long for attention and to be put into labour.
The doctor at the hospital admitted that this would not have happened if staff had acted sooner, this happened about 2 years ago and I have been dealing with depression and a lot anxiety for the loss of my child and have even received psychological help.
How long do I have to claim compensation for medical negligence like this? Do I get more time to make a claim if I have not been in the frame of mind to peruse compensation?
