I was In an accident that was not my fault and suffered whiplash and would like to make a claim, I was a passenger in a taxi when we were hit from behind at the traffic lights by another driver and I hurt my back, the taxi driver took the other guys details and I would like to know how long it would take to claim compensation for a taxi road traffic accident?
