How much can I claim for a accident at work that injured back and ankle from unsafe ladder?

Any rough sums for the amount of compensation I could be entitle to.
I had an accident at work and suffered multiple personal injuries on a building site when I had a fall at work.

I was working on site and was told to carry a tool up a tall ladder by my boss, the ladder was clearly not safe, it was old and wobbly and had not been tied down or secured, I tried to climb with one hand because I was under pressure from management to work harder, this helped the hazardous ladder rock and sway and then spin round, throwing me off, I hurt my ankle an back, being told they're moderate but will make full recovery ,how much would I be entitled to for work related injuries like these?

Haven't being able to work since as long periods on ankle ,it gets stiff ,but training helps loosen it out if that makes sense.

They paid me when I was out ,it's there policy to pay first 8 weeks but next week I will receive no wages and will still be out of work injured, will I be able to claim for loss of earnings?

And would training an competence affect a claim if I went for one as I did not have a health and safety certificate or card?
