How much can I claim for a broken shoulder from a car accident?

I was in a car crash that was not my fault, at a traffic light junction I drove forward when my lights turned green and was hit hard at high speed by another car that jumped the red lights.

They did not share details or check to see if I was alright, how do I claim compensation?
The police and ambulances were called to the scene and I was taken to hospital and found out I had a broken shoulder and collar bone and I am suffering severe back pain, how much compensation could I be entitled to?
