I get hit by a truck in a rear end collision that was not my fault, my car got wrote off and I have to go to go to hospital for surgery to removing a bulging prolapsed disc and I have been out of work for over a month, how much could I be entitled to for my injuries and can I reclaim my wages as loss of earnings?
