How much compensation can I claim for a sprained groin from a trip and fall accident at work?

I had a trip and fall accident that was not my fault and I want to claim compensation.
I tripped and fell on a broken pavement slab on work grounds and I hurt my self and had to go to A&E in hospital and found out I have a sprained groin, how much could I be entitled to for this injury?
Could I also claim back my wages from my employer as loss of earnings?
