Hi there I have had a recent fall at work and twisted my knee cap which was not my fault.

I was loading a work van which van which was not meant to loaded and my employers had admit to give me the wrong van to load.
Because I had to put the load on to the van I have slipped back and twisted my knee cap, can I claim compensation?
