How much compensation can I claim for damage to a pacemaker leading to surgery?

I was just trying to get a rough idea of how much compensation I could be entitled to.

I was involved in an RTA a few weeks ago and have just found out as a result of this the leafs and battery of my pacemaker have been damaged and need a replacement.

The accident was not my fault, I was hit from the drivers side pulling out safely onto a main road, the other driver was speeding and ran a red light, he did stop and get out to check on me and drove away, I got the licence registration number but I haven't got the driver and no admission of liability.

The police were at the scene and made a report on the incident.
I was taken to hospital after being seen by paramedics in an ambulance who will have made a medical report, I was diagnosed with whiplash suffering a stiff aching neck and severe lower back pain.

I have been unwell since the accident have had to close my business am unable to work and am still in hospital coronary care unit for one week whilst I wait to be transferred to Manchester for the surgery.

How much can compensation can I claim for damages to my pace maker and loss of earnings to my business?
