I was assaulted in the town city centre out side a pub nightclub, I was minding my own business when an aggressive drunk man came up out of no where and attacked me, I was punched in the face and knocked down, when I fell to the ground he kicked me in the face and I lost a tooth.
The security guard grabbed him and he was restrained by the bouncer, the police were called and when they arrived the attacker was arrested and the people working in the club told them I hadn’t done anything and it was an unprovoked attack.
Can I claim compensation for loosing a tooth in an unprovoked assault?
