How much compensation can I claim for soft tissue damage to neck, shoulder and arm in RTA?

Hi, I was in a road traffic accident a few days ago and it was not my fault but I was hurt, the other driver hit me from behind and the other party has admitted fault.

The accident was not bad but I just stopped at the lights and was rear ended, my car looks terrible and I am in constant pain with my injures.

I went to the hospital after the incident the doctors took a look at me after waiting for hours in A and E, they just said I had a bad soft tissue injury, my back was not really hurt and I don't think I have whiplash from RTA.
The soft tissue damage and muscular bruising Injuries were to my neck, which stiff and aching, shoulder which I cannot rotate and my arm which is in agony.

I went to see my GP after the problems persisted and I had to take time off work, he gave me a prognosis and the report said about 7 months until I make a recovery.

Was just wondering how much money is a good offer for soft tissue injury from a car accident please?
And if I should get more money for loss of earnings and for how long its going to take to recovery.
