How much compensation can I claim for whiplash from a car crash that was not my fault?

I was in a road traffic accident, it was a rear end collision that was not my fault and the other driver has admitted liability, I am now suffering from whiplash, sever back and neck pain, how much compensation could I be entitled to for a whiplash claim?
And how much will I have to pay to hire a solicitor to claim for me?
