How much compensation could I be paid for a fractured orbital bone from a criminal assault?

Hi there I need a no win no fee solicitor to claim compensation for criminal injuries.

I have a pretty serious injury and swollen eye socket from an attack I received after going out on a Saturday night in town and I was assaulted in the early hours of Sunday morning.

It was an unprovoked attack, I was walking home alone and I was minding my own business, I think he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

The police have informed me that although there was no CCTV and I was knocked out and so I can't remember what they looked like so finding them will be hard but I can still claim for criminal injury compensation.

I have made a crime report to the police, they were there with the ambulance when it happened, I was taken to A & E by the paramedics, I had x rays and was told I had a fractured orbital bone.

How much compensation could I be paid for a fractured orbital bone from a criminal assault?

I need some free legal advice about making a claim for personal injuries from an assault in a public place.

I am so sorry to hear about the attack.

It certainly sounds like you qualify in making a claim. In respect the orbital fracture alone, you can be awarded around £3,000.

Any additional injuries would award you more.
