How much compensation could I claim for bruising to legs and stomach and whiplash from a RTA?

Hi could you give me a rough estimate for the amount of money I could be entitled to for a claim?
I was in a 3 car pile up road traffic accident on the motorway, the accident was not my fault, I was driving safely and under the speed limit when another car drove into the side of me, at the back, they must have been in a rush to change lanes and were driving dangerously, they pushed the rear end out and i span round out of control and then another car hit me.

I had severe muscular bruising on legs, feet and stomach, 3 weeks prognosis for severe whiplash, ongoing agonising lower back pain and extreme anxiety about getting back behind the wheel or on the road after the incident.
I have since been diagnosed with anxiety and this could affect my ability to work as I am a taxi driver and afraid of driving again.

Can i just ask what the after the event insurance would be if my claim was successful for my personal injuries and loss of earnings?

Can I get a solicitor to claim my compensation on a no win no fee basis?
