How much could I be entitled to for slipped discs causing nerve damage from a road traffic accident?

Hello I need some free legal advice about claiming compensation for a road traffic accident.

I was recently in a car accident on Saturday night when I was in the passenger seat of my friends car who was driving.

He was driving carefully and was sober and I don't know how the accident happened but he just lost control of the car for a moment and ended up driving off the side of the edge of the motorway and we flipped over several times into a ditch.

I only had a small back injury at the first but now my legs are aching and numb with pins and needles and my back is hurting even worse and I have headaches for hours.

I went to see my GP today and had a few test and the doctor thinks I have slipped discs with nerve damage causing the loss of sensation in my leg.

How much could I be entitled to for slipped discs causing nerve damage from a road traffic accident?

I want to know if I can sue my friends insurance for compensation without prosecuting the driver?
