I had slip and fall accident on oil in a petrol station, can I claim?

Hi,

I was in a petrol station filling up the car the other day, I slipped on some petrol or oil that had been spilled on some slippery tiles.
There were no warning or wet floor signs and I went over and fractured my elbow falling, I have been to A and E and need to take time off of work.
How much compensation can I claim for an accident and injuries like this?
