I have been SCARRED at my salon!!

I had a full face wax and afterwards noticed skin has come off my cheek area! I was told it was completely normal but I have had it done many times before without issues so they are clearly lying. Now I have a tight feeling when eating or speaking and there is heavy scabbing on my cheek which is already beginning to scar. I contacted the salon and demanded a full refund and an explanation of what they're going o do further to apologize, sent them pictures of my face etc and they blocked me!! They know they are in the wrong and trying to hide their tracks. It's disgusting, I've left bad reviews on Facebook google etc and posting about it in local Facebook groups to AVOID. Now I want to them to pay!! and am looking for some help on finding legal advice.

Hi Woorst. Sorry to hear you've had this experience. If you want to take a claim forward about this you can contact a personal injury solicitor to do so, be sure to keep any prof treatment like a booking receipt, screenshots of any messages you've sent and pictures of the injuries to your face as they can be used as evidence in your claim. The solicitor will be able to deal with the claim through the salons insurance.
