Hello, I was in a car accident yesterday and suffered whiplash and have missed out on work, would I be able to claim compensation for this.

I cant train for the military anymore or work for a week, was wondering if i would get any money out of it?

i was actually in the vehicle that caused the accident, my girlfriend was driving and rear ended the van in front of us, but it totalled our car, air bags deployed, i hit my face and broke my nose and have burns of the airbags.

I went to the e.r last night and got ct scans and xrays
they said everything came back clear on xrays and ct scans they verbally told me I had whiplash and gave me prescription medication for severe pain in my neck, back of my head, and my right leg from the knee down and also my waistline from the seatbelt.

But my thing is I'm supposed to be leaving for Basic training in two weeks and now i'm not able to train.
I want a career in the army and cant go in because of these injuries, will I be able to claim compensation for loss of earnings as well as personal injuries?

Will legal expert solicitors get me physiotherapy as part of my claim to help my recovery?

Thank you
