Hiya I was cutting tiles in work but was not supplied with the correct PPE. Some debris from the tile has gone into my eye, been to hospital for tests and had blurred vision ever since. Can I put a claim in against my employer for this??
Hey Dannot. You shouldn't have been allowed to work without the right PPE. This isn't your fault though it's completely down to your employer so don't think I'm shouting at you here! You can absolutely put a claim in for this as it's not your fault in anyway.
