Injured shoulders, chest & knee in bus crash accident, car driver at fault, how much can I claim?

Hi i was on a bus that crashed yesterday in a road traffic accident that was not my fault and I was hurt / thrown off my seat and hit my head, I'm looking into some advice on claiming compensation for mine and my sisters personal injuries.
I was on the double decker bus with my 15 year old sister who is also in pain, she is off school today suffering with agonising back pain and shoulder pain.

I'm in pain on my shoulders, chest and all down my left side. I have pains in my knee and have trouble walking or putting weight on it on it.

We haven't been to the hospital yet as we just wanted to go home and get over the trauma but I do need to go to a walk in centre or to see my GP as I am in serious pain and probably seriously injured.

I have the registration of the Bus and the car involved. Who do I claim against?

I believe it was the Car's fault as he was going the wrong way as he tried to cut across a bus lane and the bus couldn't stop in time. The bus threw everyone out of their seats - I have given the bus driver my details as a witness along with the other passengers at witnesses.

I took photo's of the damage to the front left of the car as evidence of the severity of the collision.

Can you advise me on what can be achieved in terms of compensation? How much money could we be entitled to?
